Sekhar Kammula who a brought a whiff of fresh air with the movies like “Anand,” “Happy Days” and “Life is Beautiful” hasn’t been in the nick of the form of late. The director is all set to regain his lost mojo with the upcoming romantic entertainer “Fida,” a love story between an NRI guy and an Indian gal.
The movie has already completed the pre-production works and the movie’s theme poster has been released today.
Varun Tej, who was shooting for Sreenu Vaitla‘s “Mister” in Europe is back in town and will start working on this project. Sai Pallavi of “Premam” fame is roped as the female lead.
Noted producer Dil Raju is producing the movie and the film’s regular shooting is starting from today(August 5th) at Banswada in Nizamabad district.
By the end of August, the Telangana scenes in the movie will be wrapped up. And the shooting will go in the USA in October and the total shoot will be wrapped up in that schedule. The movie makers are planning to release “Fida” in the month of December.
