“Bichagadu” turns “Bethaludu”

Yet another Kollywood actor is making his mark in Tollywood. Vijay Antony the man with many talents, has successfully established himself as a hero, a music director and a producer. He has become equally famous in the Telugu film industry with successful films like “Dr. Saleem” and “Nakili.”
Recently, Vijay Antony has shined on the Tollywood silver screen with his Tamil “Pichaikkaran” dubbed in Telugu as “Bichagadu.” While most of his films have been dubbed a multiplex affair, Vijay’s films were liked by the audiences of every ilke.
Despite stiff competition from big releases in Telugu, “Bichagadu” turned out to be a surprise hit and is creating records at the box office.
Starring Vijay Antony and Satna Titus, the socio-family drama released with minimum expectations turned out to be the sleeper hit this season. Trade reports are rife that the movie has grossed over 16 Crore rupees and expected to do over 20 Crore inT.S., and A.P., in its full run.
Post the stupendous success of “Bichagadu,” Vijay Anthony is coming up with a psychological thriller “Syethan” which gets it’s title as “Bethaludu” in Telugu and is expected to hit the screens this August.
Arundathi Nair plays the female lead and the film has music by the male lead himself. Art direction is by Sakthi Venkatraj, fights are by Saravanan, editing is by Veera Senthil. The film is presented by M. Siva Kumar.
