Trisha The Queen

Since times immemorial, Bollywood and South cinema have interchanged the stories umpteen times. But, over the recent years, Bollywood has been relying more on remakes from the South.
But this time, it’s the other way round. One movie has grabbed the attention of every filmmaker and actors in the recent years is the Bollywood superhit movie ‘Queen’ that starred Kangana Ranaut in the lead role. Apart from a stupendous hit, the movie has fetched Kangana, the most prestigious National Award under the Best Actress’ Category.
Now it’s time for the remake, ‘Queen’ movie will soon be remade in Tamil. The South Indian remakes rights of the film are owned by veteran actor Prashanth’s father Thiagarajan who is planning to start the film very soon.
However, almost every actress from South industry are keen to reprise the role in their respective remakes, Thiyagarajan prefers Trisha over the rest. If it happens she would have the most prestigious awards conferred for her lifetime role in the remake of ‘Queen’.
According to the latest updates popular actress and filmmaker Revathi will direct ‘Queen’ movie in Tamil who earlier directed the most acclaimed ‘Mr’, ‘Phir Milenge’ and ‘My Friend’ movies. Now it is a hot topic in Tamil film industry and remaining details about the movie and as well as the cast and crew will be revealed very soon.
